SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

 

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY COSTS

 

  • Standard delivery within Australia: Flat rate of $8.95 AUD
  • Express delivery within Australia: $15.95 AUD
  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $20.00 AUD for all orders under 3kg. Anything over will incur an addtional surcharge.
  • Free Pick Up from our store at 26 Bair Street, Leongatha VIC 3953.

 

 

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY DETAILS

  • All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
  • Please allow 1-2 days for postage and handling. Once your order has been processed you will be supplied with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking number safe and use this for your own future reference.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for standard domestic delivery and allow up to 12 business days for International delivery.
  • Express post cannot be guaranteed as next day delivery due to our location in rural Victoria. Please check the Australia Post website for specific delivery times available to your postcode.
  • We will do all we can to ensure your delivery reaches you in a timely manner. Shans Lingerie cannot be held liable for any postage delays, lost or damaged goods that might occur by our postage carriers or any person(s) that handles your goods once they leave our hands.
  • It is out of Shan’s control when deliveries are held up due to public holidays, busy postal periods (i.e. Christmas) or when we are supplied with incorrect postal addresses.
  • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed then we will notify you via email and refund you for those out of stock item(s) before proceeding with your order.
  • International orders may incur customs and import charges depending on the value of your order and the country your order is addressed to. These fees are not included in your international delivery cost, but are the responsibly of the person receiving the goods. Shans Lingerie is not able to estimate or apply these fees or charges. Please check with your country’s postal and customs agency/service if you require more information.

 

 

NEED TO CHANGE SIZE?

We understand sometimes choosing the right size and style online can be tricky!

To be eligible for a return/exchange please ensure you have contacted Shan’s Lingerie within 7 days from your purchase date. Items MUST be returned unworn, with original tags

If you choose the wrong size or are not entirely happy, we will exchange your item for the correct size (subject to size availability).

If a quick exchange cannot be made due to stock availability a store credit will be issued. Store credits will be valid for 12 months from the date we receive your return.

  • All returned items must be sent back in their original saleable condition. All items will be inspected closely before your refund or exchange is processed. We look for the following:
    • Unworn, original condition including the original tags.
    • No perfume, deodorant, tan or makeup marks (Please be careful when trying on garments)
    • Wash or wear evidence. Smells of washing detergent will be rejected.
    • We are unable to accept returns of briefs, swimwear or pantyhose for hygiene reasons. However we do accommodate the exchange of bra sizes provided the items returned pass a full inspection.

We do not offer free return.
Original and Return Postage costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

SALE ITEMS

  • No return on sale items, other than required by law – please make sure you love it before you buy it!
